Texila Consortium maintains the highest standards of academic quality through strong national and international accreditations. Texila American University is the only triple accredited institution in the Caribbean, recognized by the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM), the Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine and Other Health Professions (CAAM-HP), and the British Accreditation Council (BAC). This demonstrates exceptional global compliance and academic excellence. In Zambia, the University is accredited by the Higher Education Authority (HEA), its medical programs are recognized by the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ), and it holds institutional recognition from the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA). Founded in 2010, Texila American University – Guyana is ranked the No. 1 private university in Guyana, offering one of the most sought-after Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) programs in the region. The campus spans 100,000 sq. ft., designed to accommodate over 1,200 students, with advanced facilities that support both academic excellence and clinical training.
